What payment methods are accepted for orders?

The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Your Credit card will be initially booked for the whole estimated amount of your order, and only charged once the goods have been shipped. We guarantee your order’s privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Austria and Belgium.

 

When will my items be shipped?

Orders are shipped ASAP! Usually within 3 business days.

 

When will my items arrive?

Items will take 1-3 weeks to arrive, depending on your location, as our warehouse is in China.

 

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a detailed list of items in your order and a tracking number.

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect order?

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No refunds or exchanges! You will only receive a refund if the item is damaged during delivery or broken. If this is the case, please contact us at contact@luxplorer.com You will be given an address to send the item to, for inspection.

 

Defective items

Items that are damaged or defective when received may be returned within 60 days of purchase.

 

Shipping the return item

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please return your package with tracking capability.

 

How can I receive a refund for my order?

Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the email receipt will be accepted. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a credit card refund once the returned item has been received.

 

Purchases with coupon (promotion code)

Coupon codes may be used only once. Coupon codes expire on the date included in the communication from Luxplorer with the coupon code. Coupon codes are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Coupon codes may not be combined with any other offers.
